Ewan Stoddart was lead Architect undertaking the full refurbishment of an impressive prominent corner plot Grade II Listed property on Hove Seafront. Working closely with specialist crafts people, the team carefully applied the latest environmental technologies alongside specialist conservation and restoration techniques (eg heat recovery/use of lime mortars, etc.).
The client was committed to fully preserving/restoring a key seaside property back to its originally intended splendour. Restoration detail was reviewed for authenticity at every stage with client sparing little expense.
This project was successful recognised by winning the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards Small Scale Residential Category.
