Home Farm Barn is a Grade II Listed, 15th Century timber framed barn with only the North and East first floor walls, along with the roof structure, part of the original building. Ewan Stoddart provided a fresh Listed Building Consent scheme for the conversion of the building to provide living accommodation for two residential units.
The works involved the careful partial demolition of the historic timber frame to be repaired off site and the reconstruction of the building with landscaping and ancillary works. Ewan Stoddart acted as Lead Consultant throughout the project with Contract Administration on site through to completion.
